Shop Policy


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns will only be accepted where your order has been damaged in transit due to a packaging error on our part.
If there is an issue with your order please contact ibereapparel@gmail.com with your order number and order details and we will be touch as soon as possible to try and rectify the issue.
Refunds will only be processed for defective items once they have been returned to us.
If your pins are damaged upon arrival, email us IMMEDIATELY at ibereapparel@gmail.com.
We will not replace patches that you've damaged. Follow the instructions included in patch orders.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All items are shipped and tracked via Royal Mail.
UK shipping starts from £2.50 | Next Day Delivery starts at £6.45.
EU shipping starts from £4.50.
International/Rest of World shipping starts from £9.50.
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. This does not include major holidays or bank holidays.
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out. 
We are not responsible for packages lost by Royal Mail or stolen packages.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • UK buyers can expect to receive their orders 1-3 days after shipping.
  • EU buyers can expect to receive their orders 3-5 days after shipping.
  • US/Canada can expect to receive their orders 5-7 days after shipping.
  • Rest of World can expect to receive their orders 7-14 days after shipping.
